5. If you have any problem with the connection during logging in, kindly WhatsApp the Teacher.

6. We want our students to gain maximum benefit from their classes, hence we have come up with a STRICT attendance policy wherein a mail (addressing info@yanabeealjenan.org) stating reason for absence will be mandatory; if any student is absent for more than two weeks, parents will be contacted by the class teacher. The student will not get a certificate at the end of the course.
