About the Course
Islam has always taught its followers to be beneficial and contributing members of the society, serving humanity based on its tenets. The early followers of the Prophet SAW and his companions, thereafter, understood this message as the spirit of Islam. We have lost this learning somewhere along the path and contemplating on the sources of our knowledge will rekindle this desire in us again.
The program Wahyayn aims at rehashing these teachings and enlightening us through the two sources of knowledge. Drawing out lessons that will empower us with a deeper understanding, good character, tolerance, equality, a sense of purpose and service to humanity that will improve our quality of life. These were the noble traits exhibited and taught by our Prophet SAW and his companions. Learning and adapting these traits into our everyday life is the focus of this beautiful course.
Under the tutelage of Ustadha Amira Bakhsh, who has over 20 years of experience in teaching Tafseer, this course aims at studying the Quran and Hadith (Sahih Bukhari) in its true light, building confident, proactive and positive individuals.
